Affirmations are thoughts we send to our subconscious mind. These can be positive or negative. As you practice positive affirmations your cells will be calmed; you will feel optimistic and your self-esteem will improve. Affirmations will sustain you while you move forward and expand your life goals. The affirmations you will learn in my blog web site and my book will guide you to be more disciplined about recognizing how your conscious mind works so that you’ll become more aware of what you want. I write or say affirmations with a positive attitude and then try to pause to take a moment to reflect on and feel my emotions. In the beginning it may be tough to believe your affirmations, resistance will appear, but the more you write and repeat them, the more familiar and comfortable you will feel. Miracles will take place if you only believe in them. When you make your affirmations, there can be no doubts. Always believe, keep the faith and they will manifest. Affirmations are like mind maps, try to visualize your wishes at the time you say them.

Practice of daily affirmations will cure you in a way that antidepressant won’t. Through the practice of affirmations, you will gain inner peace, calmness, harmony and happiness for the rest of your life. Positive affirmations don’t have side effects unlike antidepressants and other drugs. There are no pains, fears, or doubts that can’t be alleviated with the practice of affirmations. They can be used to heal our state of mind. It is said there is no gain without pain, but when you practice positive affirmations life will be enjoyable and pleasant. Affirmations can make each of us living proof of the goodness that exists in the world around us and ourselves.
Time doesn’t cure pain and resentment, even though we always hear that time heals all. Active vibrant affirmations will offer you healing results. Affirmations will teach you how to be more disciplined about what you want by keeping your mind focused and steady on your goals. Things will begin to happen for you when you take your affirmations seriously by practicing them daily. The basic idea is to find a way every day to keep one of your affirmations foremost in your mind. Keep your personal affirmative messages written or typed next to your computer, on your refrigerator, in your wallet, sunglass case, taped to your car wheel, on your mirror, desk, agenda, etc., someplace where you will see your affirmations daily as you go about your life. Remember, the brain is a muscle that has to be developed day by day to make it stronger. After practicing affirmations for 30 days you will feel more focused and be more aware your personal power. Affirmations provide wisdom and healing potential.
As you begin implementing affirmations day to day, new knowledge will greet you. You will feel satisfied with your growth and progress and will have no urge to return to your previous life because you will know and understand that as the builder of your affirmations, you hold the power of control over your own mind and destiny.
Written affirmations are part of my daily life and I love to share them with you, so you and others can benefit as well. From the day I adopted practicing affirmations as part of me, innumerable positive changes occurred. I didn’t know that a buried treasure was within me until I began practicing affirmations daily.
